OUR CLASSES

OUR CLASSES

XFORMER STRENGTH

Our signature “Xformer Strength” class offers a high intensity, but low impact powerful workout with the combined benefits of strength training, SRT, and contemporary Pilates. It burns, tones and promotes lean long muscles. Expect quicker transitions, longer holds, and a bigger “push.” Don't be intimidated - all levels are welcome!

LONG & LEAN

This class blends Pilates precision with strength training to help you connect, lengthen, and sculpt from the inside out. Expect slower transitions, more focus on stretch and mobility, while getting to take advantage of everyone’s fave: LEG STRAPS. All levels are welcome!

RECOVER TO BUILD

Let’s recover to build stronger muscles! Release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery in a calm environment.

“Here, it’s not about perfection — it’s about progress, confidence, and leaving class feeling proud of what your body can do.”

— Holly Kaufmann, Founder of State Pilates

FAQs

  • Think of the Xformer as the glowed-up, high-intensity cousin of the traditional Pilates Reformer. It uses a moving carriage, spring-based resistance, and a variety of handles and straps to challenge your muscles with slow, controlled movements. The burn is real—but so are the results. It’s low impact, full body, core-crushing, and designed to make you feel stronger from the inside out.

  • 702 S. Clark Street, Rockwall, Texas 75087

We are right in the heart of Rockwall, but off the beaten path (so luckily you can avoid some traffic!)

  • You can absolutely come as a total newbie!
Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors will walk you through the machine, the movements, and proper form before class begins. We offer plenty of modifications and don’t expect perfection.

We were all new to this once! Everyone’s first class is a learning experience, so take the pressure off yourself to show up being perfect because no one expects that!

Just bring your water, your grip socks, and an open mind — we’ll handle the rest!

  • Yes, please do! Wear anything you feel comfortable moving, stretching, and sweating in. Leggings, a supportive top, and grip socks are the go-to uniform around here.

Because you’ll be working on a moving platform, we recommend fitted clothing so nothing gets caught and your instructor can easily help with form.

Bottom line: if it’s comfy, stretchy, and lets you move with confidence, you’re good to go!

  • Feel free to park right on Boydstun or alternatively in one of our two parking lots. We have 3 spots directly in front of the studio and 9 spots in the gated lot next door in front of 706 S Clark St. Our side door can be accessed directly from the lot next door.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class start time. If it’s your first time, arrive at least 10 minutes prior so that your instructor can introduce you to the equipment, the method, explain proper set-up and safety.
